Production Company Title:
We again changed the title of our production company to "Expensive Red Productions" after finding a moving icon image from a tumblr website and we didn't go with the majority vote in class because we couldn't decide a background and it would be too difficult for us; we thought this would be ideal as it represents feminine and chic touches. Below is the icon:
We then filmed it via the computer screen and then on to a Quicktime file to then import on to iMovies to edit the clip so we only get the three main poses that the lady presents.
After completing that, we need to put the title logo name on, we chose the font 'Riesling' as it fit the criteria of being feminine but fiery at the same time.
Then we had download the font on the school computer for us to put it in our trailer. Luckily with the effect 'lower third' we wanted to have that incorporates text allowed us to use the font and change the colour to red and change the sizing too.
Film Title:
We still wanted to still with our initial idea of having the hair and then the film title appear from no where and expand, however, with such little time and it being really hard we couldn't have the hair be animated so it looked like it blew. So we decided to leave it there and just have the title be animated still.First of all we separated the text from the background and then added the picture of the background of just the hair on to iMovies and edit is for around 4 seconds.
We then placed the title picture on top of the clip from iPhotos and used the Ken Burns effect for it to start from small to big, which is what we intended.
Then, we had to download the font we had originally wanted Elementary Gothic Bookhand, and use the text effect 'soft edge' like beforehand in the production company logo one, changed the size and left the font white for our other clips for the dates, tagline and contact links.
